2 week weigh in! I'm super impressed with myself lol. 1.1kg off a whole loss of 10kg! I'm loosing weight quicker than I have too.

I really have to get a new (second hand) exercise bike though, because mine is broken.
103.5 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
