My largest loss in the smallest amount of time. I've been zig-zagging calories, by accident, but I think it's working for me.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 36.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's basically eating a few hundred more calories than you're allowing yourself on every other or every few days. The theory behind it is as follows: Your body is prone to homeostasis.
