something I was told recently and thought I'd share. a week is made up of roughly 21 meals (3 a day) so if have one or 2 bad meals that is still 19 good meals so don't let a little slip become a bad day or week there's still a good chance of loss
90.4 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
