Hubby decided to have a week off after the last 4 weeks of healthy eating/no snacks so I stopped tracking on Tuesday and we had chocolate cupcakes and Niknaks and I made sago pudding yesterday and we'll have macaroni cheese and hot dogs this weekend to get all the cravings out of our systems. Will start another 4 week challenge on Monday and this time it's low carb, which I'm finding quite hard to manage (trying to work out a meal plan for the week) since butternut and sweet potato are my go-to all-time favourite vegetables - but will try to make it work with lots of cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli and spinach instead and upping our protein intake. So glad that I haven't gained this week and would love to get to 60kg by the 30th, but 62 will still feel like a win. Hope to get back to some exercise next week as well as this week was zero.
63.6 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
