Lunches out, visitors, and eating more than I should... but at least I'm not drinking! I probably ought to make a 'no excuses' rule, but actually I'm not in the mood for that. Visitors are here​ till Tuesday, and the party is on Thursday, so I will just try a bit harder to keep it in check until Thursday, and get back on track from Friday. I will get to my goal eventually!
62.8 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Agreed Glen. I know Heidi likes to enjoy life as does her DH. We actually met last summer. We are together on this no alcohol in May quest and for me no beer and working outside is a challenge.
