Ate too much on a couple of days last week because I was hungry, and didn't manage the 5:2 at all. I think it was because I had cut down on breakfast slightly. So now eating more breakfast and less dinner, which seems to work better. Also sleeping better now, and feeling much more cheerful as a result! I'm also aiming for a slower weight loss again, only half a pound per week. I'll get there eventually 🙄 😀
63.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
