Okay so I've gone up slightly since my last weigh in but since the diet restart I've lost 6.6!
I've also had the best month yet for calorie intake
58.8 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So the overall trend is still in the right direction, that's the main thing. If your calories are under control, the scales will reflect it eventually. Keep it up!

Thanks - think I still need to reduce them a bit as I get closer to my ideal but still good going

Trend is good. Don't fret over the fluctuations. Just keep reviewing what you should be doing until it becomes second nature. Best of luck!
