Pleased with this week's weight loss 😀 I'm also looking forward to having a more normal week, and some time to practise my bass, as we have another gig to play next week, only half a dozen songs, though.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks all. To be honest I can't claim much credit for this. The tummy bug I had last week is still 'helping' me. I have been eating more this week, as I'm hungry all the time. Food is passing through too quickly for me to absorb it all. At the moment I don't mind, but hope it doesn't go on too much longer!
