Disappointed that I didn't drop below 65. Been tracking well although only did IF Monday and Tuesday. Managed 3 hours of exercise and hope to fit one in this weekend too. Trying resistant starch potato salad tonight so will be interesting to see what happens.
65.1 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nikina google "Resistant Starch". If you boil potatoes and leave them to chill for 24hours in the fridge then consume them, the starch cannot be digested so you can eat them and not have the same negative effect that is usually associated with potatoes.

Yes BBO. I boiled them last night so will try to always boil potatoes a day ahead and chill overnight in future.

The closer we are to goal weight the more challenging it becomes. You might be at a body "happy" weight. With regular toning you can literally "look" a few a good couple of kg's lighter than what you actually are :) Just a bit of food for thought. Have a great weekend!
