Had a pretty good week on eating less and exercising more. Weight loss would have been more, but Mike made fajitas for dinner last night, using a bought spice mix which contains salt, so despite being good on calories yesterday, there was a water gain. Oh well, it should come off during the next few days! I'm still feeling committed to losing some weight before Christmas, and happy that my knees are coping with the extra exercise. Going on holiday on Saturday, and will do a weigh-in before I go. I hope I can lose a little while I'm away!
65.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Sounds like a plan - great that your knees are holding up (my knees are a concern for me ever since they were damaged by a side-ways hit 12 years ago). Have fun on your holiday; we're away for the weekend from this Friday

If it's just water, that won't hang around long. You look to be very good at keeping your weight within a narrow band. That's brilliant and quite a success in itself.
