Just come from the Drs and I'm now the same weight as I was when I first started fatsecret 3 years ago!

Really need to get myself back in check and quit all this mid week snacking! This is not hard!!
59.9 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
