Still suffering the after effects of the post root canal binge! However, I am back in control and can feel the metabolism stabilizing again so I am not too concerned. Still low sugar. I haven't noticed a massive difference with that. But, I didn't eat loads of the stuff so it may take a while to reap the full benefit. Feeling good in general though!
