Well this is not good! I well and truly fell off the wagon eating crap, not logging it and a week off karate. Back to work tomorrow and double karate as well as a tournament in just 3 weeks...if that isn't enough motivation I don't know what is!
58.1 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
