Not been recording. Fairly relaxed with what I eat, just trying to pick the better option when faced with 2! Might need a few days more structured diet to ensure I don't keep gaining... We shall see.
63.7 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We seem similar in many ways. height, weight, age, build etc. But also in dieting terms. I am 'relaxing' at the moment too and the weight quietly creeps up. I don't let it go too far before structure again!

Personally I found that over a short term, I wasn't too bad, but once I left it too long before recording, I went downhill.

I was maintaining my weight around 155 lbs but creeping up and up eating an unknown cals a day but then I thought why not get down to 130 and then maintain that weight. I lose weight if I eat 1200 cals a day so I asked an RD and she recommended based on a 1200 cal daily intake the usual allotment is 40g fat,60g protein and 150 g of carbs. This balance helps me to feel full and is working well for me.

Those numbers sound great, Lakeontario. I would love to diet on 1200 calories a day but I am realistic and know I couldn't do it. I exercise loads and need my fuel! My optimum numbers are 1700 calories, 60g fat, 80g protein 200g carbs. But, if I don't count calories I easily consume 2100 plus a day. I am trying to get re-motivated at the moment.

That's great that you know what you are doing. 1200 cals is hard for me to stay under but if I don't I gain. I am trying to be more mindful on weekends so as not to undo all my hard work during the week and I try to do 45 minutes a day of FB.
