OK. Just getting by. I don't want to go above 61kg but I am getting close to it. I was quite relaxed last week so if I could just be a little bit less naughty I could maintain. Lets see..........

I am getting there I think. It has taken over a year of fairly careful recording but now I feel as though I have an idea of exactly how much (or how little!) I can really eat to lose. I am close to working out my maintenance level too.

I went over my ideal weight last year and I'm still trying to claw my way back there :(Keep tight reins on it Bunty.... do it for all of us!
