Really need to make this last week of January count, my average calorie intake is almost as bad as December at the moment!

Only a few stubborn lbs to go just need focus to get there and be fit enough for my karate grading in Feb
55.6 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
