Still managing to lose slowly, in spite of two meals out this week 😀
71.5 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks all! I am close to my current goal, but it's not my final goal. I will be celebrating when get there, but then shifting the goalposts back a bit. I would hour to lose at least another stone 😎
