this weekends been hard with routine been messed up and so hungry all i have wanted to do is eat. also had alot of food in the house i wouldnt normally eat (damn pork pies) :( back on today and hopefully have the gain off by saturday

you've done well overall!! We all have blips - I ate too much over the weekend, so a batch of protein cookies in oven and protein shake for lunch today to try to restart my regime!!! keep looking at the bigger picture and you'll get there.

thank you. im only 7 lbs from target. im a lb up today but feel slimmer. i had 2 pairs of jeans to get into and they both fit today so im happy. i need to relax i still struggle with any gain. im hoping to soon be at target and maintain. motivation is the key. im bk on today and exercised drank water and ate. regularly. do protein shakes help?

Have only just started on the shakes today, after a big bike ride, so am very hungry! Will be having one for lunch tomorrow, so will see then. A mate of mine used them to shed excess weight for his beach hols, he swore by them. I'll give it a go and will post any results!!!
