I installed a break reminder program on my pc and set the micro break to every 15 minutes. So when I'm reminded to have 30 seconds away from the computer I do push ups our squats. Muscle cramps this morning so must be in ketosis.
69.1 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
