Such slow progress, but I hope it continues at least through this month before the crazy eating month of December. Managed 4 hours of exercise this week so I'm happy with that.
67.3 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
