I don't understand why it's gone up again after one or two "bad" days compared to so many good ones and more exercise.

Oh well I guess I can't have any bad days....
58.2 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
