Some krazycat though its slow which is OK. As long as I keep doing my suspension trainer I'm seeing gradual changes and can feel that I am gaining strength. ,

You are amazing, I don't think many younge people even realize how hard it is to maintain weight at your age, no offence of course.

Snezica for me it's not hard this time since I figured out a general eating plan that makes sense for me.
