Didn't eat much yesterday as felt so very full due to eating (healthy) fats like coconut oil, double cream and fried mackerel. Ketosis definitely keep you satiated. I've also trying to stop eating after 7pm and occasionally will wait till 11am for my first meal which gives me an eight hour feeding window.
