Not in my plan, just there for the past week. I figure where ever I land and in good shape physically is where I will be. 135 put me in a reasonable BMI and weight for my height and build 120-135 is a basic good range, I definitely do not want to go below 120.

Kathy, I don't want to go too low, was there in my early 30's and had a heck of a time putting on a few pounds.

Take a picture of your feet on the scale. Use it for your computer screen or you avatar... Great job!

Jeri, you are building muscle with your Woss training...and the muscle will up your metabolism and calories burned just sitting around...so you may find you'll want to eat a little more just to maintain.

HCB, hard to eat more as I can't even get to my calorie goal now!! I don't want to go back to drinking beer daily to meet that number. Drinking some craft beer tonight, succumbed. I've been wanting to try the new Shandys all year as I loved them when I was in London in 1972. Treating myself since I made it through my awful yard, still some weed eating to do but the mowing at least is caught up. At least a conscious decision not mindless. Will keep a working out, it's good for me.

I wish I had your problem ... trying to keep weigh on. :o) Awesome! I would be happy to drink the beer for you after yard work. It's my favorite thing ... sit on the porch in the shade admiring my work in the yard. LOL!

Exactly, Mom!! it did feel good. The Shandy's taste pretty good as well with their citrusy flavor. Just trying to maintain and get fitter at this point, no way do I want to gain that weight back yet again!! I've been there too many times over the past 30 years.

The hubs loves his Shandy's as well. You must have a bit of English in you.
