Made some good weight loss through eating high fat low carb. Eating carbs today so expecting a big weight jump on the scales tomorrow which will be water retention. You have to have a day off now and again for celebrations, holidays etc. Good for leptin levels as long as it's limited to one day aka cheat day, then fast from 8pm tonight till lunch tomorrow.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree that cycling carbs uis good for y our body and sanity. Feeling deprived leads to poor eating habits. The best diet is the one you can stick with.
