Back in ketosis. Morning leg cramps too.
71.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

are the leg cramps caused by dieting because i've been getting them too? And how do you know that you are in ketosis?

Try magnesium supplementation for the leg cramps.
