Thanks all 😀 8 pounds isn't a lot compared with what most people have lost, but I had already lost a few pounds before I started on here, and I can tell the difference myself, so am very pleased. My current goal is still above my ideal weight, but I thought I'd rather lose in stages - I don't want to have to buy too many new clothes at once, apart from anything else! It's also what I thought I could lose over the summer. Wintertime will be harder for me to lose, as more social events then. But overall I'm delighted that the weight is still trending down and I don't feel hungry! Getting used to saying 'no thanks' a lot, too, or 'just a little bit', not my usual habit I must say!

Hey every little bit is a little bit gone forever.! Don't make less of it because we have all been at the start and continue to work. It is a slow process!
