Still making progress. It's slow progress, and hard to see day by day, but it is progress, and I'm still feeling well motivated. Best of all, I don't feel hungry or deprived. I think I have found a WoE that works for me, and am pleased that I can be more active now. Looking forward to having even more energy when I've shed some more excess weight ☺

Way of Eating

Looking at it as a long-term way of eating too, not a 'diet'. I know I will only put on again if I go back to old habits.

Heidi, I've done the lose and gain back too many times. So far this time it's working @ goal for one year now. It's not hard to stay here as I've worked hard on tweaking and changing so it fits me. It's the exercise that I'm still working on to fit in my life on a consistent basis.

Well done. I only record my weight once a week although I usually weigh myself most days, so I don't worry too much about the daily variations, just the trends. I definitely believe that finding a WoE that suits you is key, even if not perfect otherwise it will become too much like hard work! Also a slow weight loss is healthier!
