Couldn't believe it when I saw this number on the scale yesterday. I have been trying to get here for about two years and felt like I couldn't get past 67kg. I have a feeling it will take a while to stabilise, but hoping to get to a steady 66kg in July and maintain it. Then it's finally, hopefully... on to 65!
66.8 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
