Haven't been tracking my food - still trying to be mindful of snacking though, but somehow managed to exercise every day since Monday. I think until August I'll just be trying to maintain and not gain anything.
67.5 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
