I am happy with any weight loss. Small victories.

No problem my friend, i am hoping for a reasonable weekly loss as i have stuck to my eating plan well and exercised frequently.

Yay...a loss is a loss...and measure yourself because that's where I have noticed the biggest change in myself...good job.
