Not impressed with myself this week although glad I still managed 3 hours of exercise. Slippery slope to comfort eating and difficulty getting out of bed in the morning has started already. I think I'll have to push myself to work out in the evenings instead.
67.8 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
