I am always amazed at how you hold on to this maintaining your weight. BTW - I enjoyed your picture. Are you going to share a before and after?

Buffy, I have to figure out how to post photos besides my image. Still learning this new laptop and swearing at Windows 8.1. I couldn't copy and past with my tablet. I gained about 30 pounds after that photo. Maintaining for me isn't seeming to be that hard this time around. When I lost with low carb I would just gain it back plus more, I could not stick with it. By working over the past couple of years to change from eating so much animal proteins back to a more plant based WOE that I really like better it's easy to not overeat. You know me, I love love to cook. I do have an advantage that it's just me, I do not have to tailor my meals to anyone else. Even with my minor kitchen re-do everything will be geared to my WOE and cooking. Working on that project on my vacation days this week, the coldness returned so not good weather for outside projects. Cannot wait to get it painted and finished.
