Weird. Have been on holiday this week and haven't stuck to the diet at all! Have done more walking though. Back to the diet on Monday.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week

Thats good news, it means you've trained your body to naturally know when you are full, and you've raised your metabolism by daily exercise, kicking in the afterburner effect.

yep, I think I'm making better choices with less thinking! and I know I walked a lot more.
