Yikes! Only about one day that I went over my calories but the weight crept back! I'm only drinking alcohol at weekends but it seems even that may have to stop! Strict week this week then! Funny really as I actually did more exercise last week than normal
66.8 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Blimey, don't worry about 0.2kg weight gain. My weight fluctuates by up to 2kg daily! 0.2kg is equivalent to a 200ml glass of water.
