Been really good this week - enjoyed Christmas treats in small quantities, kept to calorie max of 1800 by and large. Appears to have made a good start
72.8 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
