Well and truly fallen off the rails and had a bit of a breakdown. :( Now is a great time to restart the beginning of a new week and time camping in the great outdoors. Loads to do today to keep me busy and not eat so all good.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
