Saturday is my self proclaimed weigh in day. I don't change it for challenge weigh ins. Last week was not home so left as was. Monday my weight was up after vacation. Assumed it was water weight from beer, ham, and brats so didn't record it. Happy that it s back down to the 132.
59.9 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's great when you know what to do and recover. And you are back below your goal weight, awesome! He he he, I thought you were talking about kids when you wrote brats. I was wondering about that, duh! :)

Not kids :)) sausages at a beach party last sat. It was brats or hot dogs or very crispy hamburgers. They seemed the best option.
