Up again. I really need to start doing something about this. Cliche, but I'll start on Monday...
70.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week

Hey Nikina - how have things been going since Monday? I myself gained 3kg's since I last weighed in and started in full steam again this morning GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for the support and Good Luck to you too! Yes, I got up and did about 40 minutes of exercise on Monday and another 50 on Tuesday. Will see if I can do the same tomorrow or Friday. Will try to do at least 150 minutes of exercise each week this month. I've also tried to keep a track of what I eat with a notepad and a food scale in the kitchen, but that's not going so well. Will officially weigh in again on Friday.

Try to keep your portions smaller than normal, but with more high protein foods. Also try to have a "meal" every 3 hours as this will sustain your metabolism: 7:00 - breakfast (scrambled eggs); 10:00 - snack (high protein bar, fruit, biltong); 13:00 - lunch (chicken breast salad, tuna); 16:00 - another high protein snack; 19:00 - supper (chicken breast/fish with veggies and some brown basmati rice) ..... you can do it!! I want to start with the planks / squats challenge on Monday and see how that goes. GOOD LUCK
