Dang weight up 2 more#. Need to drink more water today to wash these fluids out, effects of the prednisone.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Can tell it's water weight. Might take a week or so after I'm off the dang things. Evil meds but they do stop the poison ivy/oak. Without them I'd be one solid blister all over my whole body.

With all that work are you sure it's fat weight and not muscle weight? You put in a lot of work on that yard...

Am on prednisone for poison oak/ivy, my hands, feet, and ankles are puffy. Side affect of the meds is fluid retention. As long as I don't go much over 6# I'm ok with it as it will disappear the week after I quit taking them. Have been through this routine many more times than I want to count! 😉
