Up 1.4kg due to having a McDonald's Plant burger with bun yesterday. The extra weight is going to be water retention due to the high carbs from the bread. It happens sometimes and you have a cheat/unhealthy/high carb meal. The important thing is to keep it to one meal and get back to diet the next day. One day of going off track is ok, it's when it turns into a week and continues we put all our old weight back on.
