Pretty sure I'm in ketosis; everything tastes sweet (including water and kisses!). I'm so thirsty and not hungry at all. My body is using it's fat reserves as fuel.

Love this way of eating. If you're interested lookup "ketogenic diet" or "HFLC" in Google.

I am so glad I tried the low carb/keto lifestyle too. Spent most of my life on low fat/low cal diets and every time ended up putting the weight back on, plus extra. I now feel I am eating the way that my body was made for, I love the food I eat and and the satiety it brings. I know keto still has its doubters, heck I was one til I tried it, but low carb and intermittent fasting have helped me lose 38lbs in about 2 and a half months, and I know I can stay with this lifestyle for life 👍
