Calorie counting has not been as good as last week so if I end below 1750 daily average I'll be happy. Might have my whoosh over the weekend, but if not I'll look forward to a better loss next Friday and will just keep chugging along till then. Next week I'll try to aim for 1600 again.

Even if you totally blew the whole week with 1900 calories, you'll be back to its normal pattern within a week. I'm using a rather extreme example to let you know you're okay. If you have a little willpower, you can bend the rules a bit.... just don't completely break them too often 😉

Thanks Chris! Yeah, I know you're right and it's still better than what I was doing last year so it will all work out in the end. And hopefully get back to maintenance too one of these fine days. We're actually re-watching Breaking Bad right now and probably enjoying it even more than we did the first time years ago. Hope you're doing well dude!
