Down 300g. Slept really badly, too cold, itchy, too hot, went to the toilet three times. Finally got up and had some magnesium and slept. Either a disturbance in the house or diet related. I'm a week into keto.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m not too sure about keto, I’ve know two people be really poorly with it. (Although I also know one who has done really well on it)
