Okay so up a bit but still fingers crossed for my first goal and losing another 10lbs before my birthday. 9 weeks and 10lbs 🤔😬💪
68.2 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
