So many different weights on this scale, all near this so chose this to represent this week. First was 144.5 rest/3 after were all 142s 22 st 6.82 llbs
142.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 53.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
