Well I’m really happy with that loss, quite possibly the first time I’ve lost that much in a week 🤔

Goes to show how much I’d pigged out in the preceding weeks 🤣
68.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
