I know it’s not much but it keeps going up. I did think about not weighing in today as I feel so lethargic but as least this way I should see a bigger loss next week….
68.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
