Slight gain today and I suppose it’s a hangover of my poor eating the last few weeks but I will not give up, I know eating more healthily will work inside and out. This also tips me into officially obese so I can’t give up.

Gutted that I need to isolate for the next 7 days, just as I’d decided to get running this week! Just shows don’t put things off when you can do them, do them. Plus isolation means my eating is more important than any other time with no getting out and about.
