How are you getting on with the hair? I am off to the hairdresser today for my first cut and highlights since July 2020.

Anne you're going to look extra hot waking out of the hairdresser 😍 seriously you look insane for your age, absolutely stunning 👌🏽👌🏽I had my hair done on the day hairdresser opened. I'm next booked in for the Brazilian hair treatment on the 18th of May. Looking forward to it! 😘

Hi Anne, nothing like a haircut to boost the mood is there? Things we used to take for granted. I started pill popping hair supplements and ended up with dreadful gastritis. I do feel upping the protein has helped - it could all be a placebo effect of course! I've managed to get my hands on teff flour - will look at recipes once Ramadan is done x

I used the teff grains, suma. I am not much of a baker but I think the flour should have the same properties. I am on iron and Vit C supplements at the moment. But only because they were special offer £1 at Holland and Barrat. I will report back if any results.
